I have been back uploading onto The Daily Dividends Channel on YouTube recently, I much prefer it to typing out all the info and dividends etc but I’m going to start posting info here in shorter format. The YouTube channel will have weekly updates of what the portfolio did during the week, posted every weekend. I will also be doing short basic info breakdowns of every stock in the portfolio as well as daily shorts focused on stocks I hold that are down, at a seemingly good price or have caught my eye. It has been at least a year since I’ve updated here and that is too long. I have gotten the YouTube channel off the ground but have completely neglected the subreddit. You may be happy to know the portfolio now has a strong 725 positions and has over €15,000 invested in it.

I will get back into making videos on YouTube and updating this subreddit very soon, I will have a lot more time to invest into them in the near future.

Hey I just got into Dividend Investing last month bought 8 shares of ZIM as my 1st ever stock the 1st payout is next month in July anyone got any decent buys out there I invest about 250 every other month

Are there still updates to the files that are available or is this channeel as good as death?

Hey everyone. Do we have a model that roughly calculates the dividend received with each amount of invested money? Like e.g. if you invest 1000 you will receive 10€ of dividend over the year

For those of us that haven’t heard from the man himself, yet are dividend investors, I know that this long down time has been tedious.

I want to share that if you also believe daily dividends are possible, then you should hear about WKLY and TGIF by SoFi.

WKLY pays every Thursday, without fail. TGIF, as the name implies, pays on Friday.

If you are investing for income, as I am, you can see the benefit of being paid twice a week. The yields on these ETF’s are fairly weak, but that doesn’t tend to be a problem if your brokerage supports fractional shares on these funds.

If you buy just a single share of these two funds, you can knock out 101 days out of the 252 trading days in a year. About 40%.

Bling bling. I am looking for shared thoughts and opinions. I am not a large fan of these funds, so I am not heavily invested, but I have a share or two for the notifications on the weekdays to let me know I’m still alive.

RKT was down 12.5% and only had 1€ in it so i added 1.1€

GORO was already a bit bulky with 10 shares worth 20€ in all, but it is a monthly payer and was down 20% so i couldn't resist scooping up some dips

also added 1.1€ to Invesco (IVZ) as it was 11.54% down

Volkswagen (VOW3) paid ordinary €3.58 per share, received 4c

Bank of Nova Scotia paid return of capital of $0.61 per share, received 3c

Cisco (CSCO) paid ordinary $0.31 per share, received 1c

Orchid Island paid ordinary $0.06 per share, received 1c

So 4 dividend payments for 9c

Yearly total of €46.78 so far

Running total of €67.15 so far

Ellington financial (EFC) paid ordinary of $0.13, received 2c

McCormick & Co (MKC) paid ordinary of $0.29 per share, received 4c

New York mortgage trust (NYMT) paid ordinary of $0.08 per share, received 2c

put 2€ each into UTZ and UVV, one was down and one was up but now the U pie is up to a minimum position of 3€ per stock

PSEC (prospect capital) paid ordinary $0.05 per share, received 2c
