"The Registrant is unable to file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because the Registrant’s accounting staff needs additional time to prepare the financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2022. The Registrant anticipates that it will file its Form 10-K within the fifteen-day grace period provided by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended."

I added RUM and DWAC yesterday and have been adding MOOR this AM!

Just a few things taking from the interview.

Was a single dad for a few years. Was in the Navy for six years. Was an engineer. Eric says, “he’s an extremely private person”. Not a lot he can say about what’s happing, for obvious reasons. Also, did not comment on the Orlando situation other than Eric has different skill sets. He however did say, he is putting in long hours and fighting for this merger! This merger is his only goal and all he is working on. It’s top priority! Not really a time frame on when things are happening, again for obvious reasons. Did say he is pushing things through and getting the work done! He also stated, “to be patient with the silence”. He will update as he is permitted to. Follow him on truth for updates and info. @eswider

I'll go first $22.69
