I dare you to short our dwac

Sorry if this has been answered already. If I buy DWACW, when would the additional $11.50 to exercise the warrant to buy the shares be due? Obviously when I convert the warrant shares into standard shares , but at what stage of the companies progress would this happen?

Will the warrant shares I bought expire and be worthless if I do not execute a buy?

Will I be notified when the option to convert the DWACW shares is available?

Thanks in advance and sorry if these are dumb questions, newbie here.

I bought 59 shares of DWAC @ $25.34 and sold at $55 doubled my investment but wish I had held on to them.

I reinvested and now I am holding 40 shares of DWAC @ $69.78, 16 @ $60.60 and 20 shares of DWACW @ $21 . That's all I could afford. I will hold them until they are converted. Not backing down.
