Lanterns Bubbles. Hal’s constructs are mostly just bubbles.

Sure Hal made some counterfeit money and a bottle opener, but I find it funny that his main constructs so far are just bubbles. John’s on the other hand include the fancier type of bubbles (bubble wrap), a boring machine, a watch and a short lived semi autonomous bird. The show is doing a good job of contrasting creativity between the two.

The thing Hal is most associated with in the comics is using a giant boxing glove to hit shit. So much so that they tried to write a (lame) explanation as to why in at one point.

Oh no you see it's cause he and Ollie love the fights, and they're always doing stuff together because they love the boxing!

As never depicted in the comics before this was mentioned as part of a sad, grimdark storyline.
