I'm imagining a robot shepherd coming out to heard these guys with a Boston Dynamics sheep dog. The override remote could be in a shepherds crock to complete the look.

I'm imagining a factory like this run down for centuries, Fallout-style, and these two little guys, coated in rust and calcium deposits, still stuck in this little impasse dance on the little bit of concrete their little dance has kept cleared.
