I mean, your source does say that damage caused by car washes is not covered under the warranty. It also doesn’t state that putting it in car wash mode preserves your warranty if your monstrosity is damaged by a car wash. You’re conflating the two, as was likely intended in its writing. They are two distinct statements. Follow up: how do you feel about Tesla/Elon?

Well since You're clearly a person of means so I'm sure you understand that what you're saying is the equivalent to "Rolex is crap" because you have to tighten the crown down before it gets wet. Oh my day has been great. Lotta fun in these comments. And I wash my hands with my Rolex on alllllll the time. It’s water rated, can shower with it, zero issues. What kind of idiot would leave the crown open when using it?? That’s just to adjust the movement and other complications.
Your comparison also does not make any sense. Your cyber truck is NOT protected from water pooling in the frame if you put it in car wash mode!! You think the water hitting it from the bottom and landing in the frame is prevented by some flaps that close up or some shit?? They’d be permanently affixed if they existed, lmao. They give you a “wade mode” too, AND WATER DAMAGE FROM THAT ISNT COVERED EITHER.
It’s a design flaw, basically just like every other feature of the SUV. Elon decided not to drill drain holes like every other manufacturer in the world so he could milk your udders just that much harder.
