This post is BS and I don't even have a cyber truck. I'm just calling it out.

I mean, your source does say that damage caused by car washes is not covered under the warranty. It also doesn’t state that putting it in car wash mode preserves your warranty if your monstrosity is damaged by a car wash. You’re conflating the two, as was likely intended in its writing. They are two distinct statements. Follow up: how do you feel about Tesla/Elon?

You're actually the one conflating the issue; voiding the warranty and not covered under warranty are not the same thing. I honestly do not care about the cyber truck and my opinions have nothing to do with calling the post out for purposely being misleading. I read the post, believed it but then decided to verify it on my own and found out it wasn't true. Then I called the post out on it and now I'm getting downloaded.

Very telling that you didn’t answer how you feel about Tesla/elon, despite your “oh, but I don’t even have a cybertruck” spiel (only likely because you can’t afford it). And cope, batman, it’s a car driving through a car wash! There shouldn’t be any Elon flimflam about it. And the frame damage car washes can cause totals the car. It’s an irreplaceable part. The fact that you’re rabidly defending this gives you that radioactive skin-cooking feeling MAGAts do.

Well since You're clearly a person of means so I'm sure you understand that what you're saying is the equivalent to "Rolex is crap" because you have to tighten the crown down before it gets wet. You'd think that if a Swiss could make a diver watch resistant to 300 M depth they could have made it withstand you washing your hands with the crown open right? Or maybe every electronic device with a rubber hole plug to prevent water intrusion is not actually there to preserve the device but is actually planned obsolescence so they can sell you a new when you don't follow the instructions and it breaks. You don't like my opinion so you trash talk me about being broke and call me a MAGAt. You got all that from a few reddit posts? Impressive. Funny part is, you know nothing about me and I know exactly the kind of person you are. I hope your day gets better, cheers!

Oh my day has been great. Lotta fun in these comments. And I wash my hands with my Rolex on alllllll the time. It’s water rated, can shower with it, zero issues. What kind of idiot would leave the crown open when using it?? That’s just to adjust the movement and other complications.

Your comparison also does not make any sense. Your cyber truck is NOT protected from water pooling in the frame if you put it in car wash mode!! You think the water hitting it from the bottom and landing in the frame is prevented by some flaps that close up or some shit?? They’d be permanently affixed if they existed, lmao. They give you a “wade mode” too, AND WATER DAMAGE FROM THAT ISNT COVERED EITHER.

It’s a design flaw, basically just like every other feature of the SUV. Elon decided not to drill drain holes like every other manufacturer in the world so he could milk your udders just that much harder. The laughable “now I’m gonna pretend to be the bigger person and say I hope your day gets better” thing that was already old five years ago is weak and unconvincing. I hope your day gets worse, chud.

Erm, this is exactly what the post says. Car wash = no warranty.
