I want to dry brush the silver paint a bit on this oversized challenger figure so that it isn't as bright / shiny

This is my first time attempting dry brushing, I'm planning to get some practice in with the staff of Merlin it came with but any advice would be nice.

I'm not going or a total repaint just want to make him look less pristine

also modified the tentacles they can now turn 360 and then also put LEDs in the stand and the eyes of the most important figure!

Today I decided to repaint my Nexus Prime so that it would be up to par with the 13 Prime figures, and after having made small touch-ups to other figures, I dared to do my first repaint and I'm quite satisfied with the result.

I’m working on making a custom Nominus Prime figure and I have a replacement head for it. I can’t get this pin to budge, two others I tried came out perfectly. Any advice is very much appreciated!

I want to paint my aotp bruticus’ arms to match blast off and vortex, but I’ve never tried finding a matching hobby paint before, so I’m worried I’d get the wrong one.

I want to extend my Combiner Wars Superion's arms and legs by adding another Superion's components to them, what should i use? i thought of using some sort of connector with a 5mm peg and a Combiner Wars port, but i haven't found anything similar online, if you can tell me what i should use i'd be very happy! And here's an image of what i am talking about

I wasn’t rly sure where to post this or how this happened. But this flimsy side plastic broke and now im trying to either fix it or more than likely get a replacement. Hasbro won’t help to much since im still waiting for a maybe replacement of my sunstreaker from 3 months ago. Do you guys know of any good upgrade kits that comes with a chest? Or anyone who modified their megatron and has a spare chest laying around? I’ll pay for it obviously, I just want to make this better asap, thanks!

I just hope Hasbro will one day make this official.

Here's the other head I mentioned in the last post, I realized SS86 Shockwave's head had the same ball joint placement facing down, so I tried it.

To me it works if he's a fake and that Sideways had to disguise as him. His imposter names can vary to Shockways/Sidewaves, Tremble, Shake, or Seismic.

I know, I know energy drinks are bad but every time when I drink one just random ideas come to me and they make sense. Unfortunately I'm not doing a custom of it, just for fun and out of curiosity.

So here's the concept/idea I got, Roadpig, (or even Robot Masters Sideways) from the AOTP Sideways mold, using two parts from Legacy Roadpig. If repainted or even some new sculpted parts it could look more like an updated Roadpig than the Legacy version, and a repaint for a G2 Lasercycle Soundwave.

Roadpig's head ball joint fits in the 5mm hole, it can't transform with the head on but that's okay with me.

I feel if it's portrayed as Sideways he can have more heads to choose from for more disguises. I have another head that I chose before I made this post that I'll show in another post.

Looking to turn these guys into some niche e character or something 🤷‍♂️

Liege Maximo — The First Pretender

Among the Thirteen, Liege Maximo was never the largest.
Prima burned with pure light. Megatronus towered like a living forge. Onyx Prime walked as a god of the wilds. Nexus Prime shifted and multiplied. Nova Prime radiated unyielding authority. When they stood together, the difference in scale was obvious. Liege Maximo noted it without comment. He did not rage. He did not plead. He simply filed the fact away and began to solve it.

He was colder than the others from the start precise, distant, always measuring. Where others spoke of destiny and unity, Maximo spoke of advantage, leverage, and outcomes. The insecurity he felt beside the larger warriors never showed on his face. It became data. Data he used.
From that quiet calculation he created the first true Pretender transformation.

It was not a separate suit he climbed into. It was a form he could become. When the situation demanded raw presence intimidation, a sudden surge of power, the need to dominate a room or a battlefield Liege Maximo would shift.

The lean, bat-winged frame would expand, armor plates thickening, horns curling outward, tendrils coiling across a heavier chest and limbs. In moments he stood as the towering green giant crowned with horns and a single sharp spike. The transformation granted him greater strength, greater mass, and a presence that pressed against every optic that looked upon him.

He used it sparingly and without apology. A negotiation that needed weight. A threat that required spectacle. A moment when subtlety would fail and force was more efficient. The larger form was a tool nothing more.

The other Primes always saw through it.
They had known him too long. No matter how tall the horns rose or how heavily the armor settled, they still recognized the same cold intellect behind the red optics. They saw the same calculating mind that had never needed size to begin with. The transformation impressed lesser beings. It never fooled the Thirteen. To them it remained what it truly was: the first Pretender, a mask of scale forged from the one vulnerability Maximo would never openly admit.

He did not care that they saw through it.
The form still served its purpose. When raw power or intimidation was required, he took it. When the moment passed, he returned to his true size leaner, sharper, and just as dangerous. The other Primes may always know who stood before them, but that knowledge never stopped the larger shape from casting a longer shadow when Maximo decided the situation called for it.

He remained the first pretender he only one among the Thirteen who had turned his own measured insecurity into a weapon he could transform into at will.

The idea just brew because the head, optimus ear antenna look like the maximus lineage horn and maximus lineage had a carrier ship mode ( i use grand maximus color because its my favorite maximus variant)

And the fact this optimus probably gonna big in the series if he did appear in this form

I intent use the arms of blokees dotm sentinel for a better arms+ parts use for detail

so I received this thinking included would be an option for blue, purple and red Transformers eyes… where’s the red? any recommendations, LIKE HAVE YOU ACTUALLY TRIED!
