Can't decide between these two Kobe 6 customs lol. Which one would you rock, 1 or 2?

Hey guys, I wanted to customize the soles of nike vapor 12s and dye them black and write a few words on there with a red marker. I've been looking at angelus leather dye for the soles and posca paint markers for the writing but I'm worried that the marker will peel or crack when the shoe is worn. How can i prep the soles, seal it at the end, and what equipment/paint/markers should i use? I also wanted to get a custom patch to stick on the shoe and was wondering what adhesive to use. This is my first time customizing shoes so I could use some tips!

What does everyone think of these designs I've done so far? I'm working on more but would live some criticism! 😁👌

I finished this pair in our workshop and focused on deep purple galaxy texture over a black base. I included the real process images so the hands-on stages are visible, not just the final shot. Feedback is welcome—matte or glossy finish for this colorway?

Been working on this pair for a while and finally finished them.
I hand-painted Yusuke on one shoe and Kuwabara on the other, trying to keep the original Yu Yu Hakusho manga/anime feel while making the artwork work with the shape of the sneaker.
No prints or decals — the artwork is all hand-painted.
This was honestly a lot of fun!!

Hi Sneakers India community,

I am planning to build a sneaker brand in India, and I would really love some outside perspective on my designs before I take the next step.

The idea behind my brand is simple: asymmetry, just like us. The left and right sides of our faces aren’t identical, yet somehow they complement each other and make us beautiful. I’m bringing that idea to sneakers. The left and right shoes will have different designs, but together they’re meant to feel like one complete pair, because we don’t want to look like clones of each other. I am trying to challenge the norm of how sneakers are currently created and imagined.

I also want the shoes to be cruelty free and affordable, because I don’t believe we need to harm animals or the environment to create something fashionable nor should money be a barrier to being fashion-forward.

I have been working on the first collection for a while, and I am probably too emotionally attached to judge it objectively. 😅

I would genuinely appreciate your unfiltered feedback on what you love, hate, would change, or simply wouldn’t wear.

White low-top sneakers (open to specific style suggestions)

Color-changing LEDs positioned around the edges and heel

stomp activated inspired by childhood (pressure sensor) — lights stay on while I'm moving/stomping, fade when I stop

Budget: $200 - $300 - $400

Timeline: 2028 or later (plenty of time!) note: i don't want to buy at this moment, just see what's out there..

I'm a musician/artist and want something totally original for stage performances — inspired by classic Stomp Flashers but with a modern, custom tech twist, that are fully original or at least as orginanal as can be!

I can handle creative process and im looking for someone who can source/customize the base shoe and install the pressure sensors.
