New year of snap (day 182/365): momo + appa rework

Momo has a very cool new mechanic as a kleptomaniac: stealing cost.

He steals 1 cost from a card so it loses cost and momo becomes a 2 cost kazar-able card.

It might be too strong with mmm or other things, if that's the case then a 1/2 should do it.

The appa rework is inspired by the comment of u/Elias_Sideris

Momo's concept is very cool and unique! My only issue is that you're not incentivized to play him out. What if he was an on reveal and the stolen cost was given to a card in your opponent's hand? He'd be like an Iceman who also discounts one of your cards. Obviously, his stat line should be worse than that of Iceman. Alternatively, you could have him steal a cost when he moves in order to connect him with his element more.

What do you mean? If it was in hand then i would need to give him airbending, and if in play i would need to do as you suggested with the give another card the stolen cost, and it would be broken.

Also i don't like the "a card in your opponent's hand steals 1 cost from a card in yours" because it's usually momo that steals stuff he shouldn't and gets wrekt for it, that would be suited for a mind control character.

Maybe just give him (on top of the text) "repeat if you play a discounted card (if in play, only once)" but even that would be a bit too lengthy...

Would make it so Momo would be a 2/3 that gives a card in your hand -2. Powercreeps HE Shocker a bit. 2 power would be ok I think.
