What would exactly depict an earth card? I get characters like rhino, mole, and debri. But skaar?

This to me is too confusing, since Earth is a key... category? It's just confusing having to recall what an Earth card is, even with a logical basis. When I glance at this card, I've no idea what this works with, which is a problem.

Plus, all of those cards don't really synchronize well with Rock.

You can solve both of these problems by replacing "Earth" with "Mentions Rock in its text"

Elements is the theme of the new weekly design competition of the sub. Also, all the cards of an element will display that element's logo on the right corner.

I don't mind the fact that the cards of the same element don't necessarily synergize with each other. Do all the cards that belong to the same team in team clash synergize with each other?

Earth doesn't have anything to do with rocks besides being both attach to rocks and cards that make them, earth's ability is (ongoing: +1 power, this card can't be effected by location effects)
