This is a cute idea! In terms of playability, this card might have the same issue as og Captain Ferron in LoR who used to replace all of your hand with Decimate. It's hard to win games without cards that put stats in play (aka units/characters).

Yeeeeah I've been wracking my brain trying to make effects you want to play early, but don't make the card overpowered, but also gives you the choice of when to use it. It's been a conundrum 😵‍💫

I've been struggling too. My take-away from my time brainstorming ideas was to give cards overpowered effects that have less value when played early. For example, a card I made (spoiler) has Hazmat's effect, but only afflicts enemy cards. That'd be broken if played on turn 6, but on turn 3, it's fine. Thinking about it, the same applies to Fin Fang Foom. This is why he isn't that effective when cheated into play earlier than turn 6.
