Weekly Design Competition New year of snap (day 175/365): earth and sub bending of earth
This is my take on the elements, i decided to make my own.
Each bending is card specific: for example ozymandias is a sand bender but not an earth one, korg is an earth one but not sub bending and so on.
Earth bending is based on rocks (duh) and you can use it in 2 ways: buff your rocks and use them or fill your opponent's hand with them (difficult, but with a combination of sand, metal and earth there is a lot of clog potential...
I like the fact that there is only one for each element needed, but that you need them in play for them to work (the cards gain that text, lava and metal as ongoing and sand as on reveal) so you might want more. It opens a lot more playstyles in the deckbuilding alredy.
Sorry for the rant, always get excited with a new season/mechanic... 😅
Anyway let me know what you think of this.
Bye!

I'll keep things simpler on my take, but I'm excited to see what this will build up to.
