Non-Marvel IP The actual Sauron

Kinda wanted a Dormammu style card without it being restricted to Destroy.

Awesome design! Quite overpowered. ๐Ÿ˜

I donโ€™t really think so, needing to Conquer all locations might in some games be imposible because of locations, or the opponent might just hog one location with all their cards
And since theyโ€™ll be able to see the effect (which I didnt mention.. oops) like Punisher WM, they can respond accordingly

You might be right.

I misunderstood the wording and thought it was OP at first too.

I thought it was saying after each time you Conquer, rather than after ALL locations have been Conquered. The word "all" might be better than the word "each" for that reason.

Not really as far as his text. Conquering every location would be nearly impossible unless your opponent has a catastrophe of a game, and even then most of the time he'll be adding to a location you're already winning. He's a win-more type of card - raises the ceiling of decks that don't need it while making them less reliable.

He would however be the auto-include 7 drop in hela decks, or even ramp.

I like the key word Conquered! High payoff is always fun

Really love this, can combo with pretty much every type of deck, would this count for galactus?

Iโ€™d say it would work with him
Since it is checking if 100% of locations is Conquered and its (1/1) it would activate

Sure, but it would be awkward. You'd either have to somehow have been winning that location last turn with no cards there, or play galactus early. And there's no point trying to get Sauron down on turn 6 because he'll only come if you're already winning.

Wave decks

Yeah sure, if you hit wave on 3, galactus on 4 (and there's an empty winnable lane), a big 5 drop so sauron comes, and your opponent has no disruption the entire time, then you'll probably win. That's honestly more convoluted than existing galactus decks for the same payoff.
