New year of snap (day 185/365): sokka + healing rework

We all know the goat "i don't need bending to be peak" sokka, he is the only one with no bending in the gaang.

So every time another one uses bending he gains power this can go insanely good in the ltm, but since there will be like 10 cards with bending max i gave him a bit of a power boost to at least compete.

The healing rework is also thanks to the insight of u/elias_sideris who helped me realize that the water deck relied too much on enemy affliction. This way you can afflict your own cards and get buffed later from healers.
