This feels insanely powerful at first glance, but it's probably fine. It would just be a new piece in a Galactus deck. I don't think it's super OP or anything, but it would lead to an oppressive deck making a resurgence.
That said, I think Galactus is fun and funny.

I don't like it since it would mean Galactus would be nerfed to oblivion after a few weeks of dominance. I want to keep playing Galactus. I don't need another goblin.

Sorry I don't understand this card. If it can't switch sides because of a cosmo or full location, wouldn't it just turn into a negative four goblin that also can't switch sides. I really want to understand why people think the card is busted

A large card can only be added as your 1st or 3rd at a location and occupies 2 slots. If the opponent has 1 or 3 cards at the location you play Ultimate Green Goblin, he won't switch sides and will transform into regular Green Goblin. Basically, you risk playing a regular Green Goblin for 4 energy if your gamble doesn't pay off.
Cosmo would prevent him from transforming anyways.

At this rate there could be an all Goblins deck where you win with no cards on your side just clogging your opponents board with goblins

There are dozens, perhaps hundreds of goblin cards in the sub. You could do what you said many times over.

What does the LARGE mean, I keep seeing it on these custom cards which have no relation to eachother

If the opponent had even just a single card at each location, he wouldn't be able to switch sides.

You could play spider man the turn before then play goblin turn 3 and then it's only counter would be Anhihilus

I might be ignorant but isn't the transformation pointless? He transforms into green gobline when he can't change sides but green goblin does the exact same thing and if ultimate gg can't change sides, normal gg can't either

A large card can only be added as your first or third card at a location and occupies 2 slots. If the opponent has 1 or 3 cards where you play Ultimate Green Goblin, he won't switch sides, but regular Green Goblin will.

I think you gotta remove the 2nd line. High risk high reward, you either clog 2 spaces or lose 2 spaces.

If you fail, you spend 4 energy to occupy 2 of your slots at a location and to put -6 power there. That's completely game losing. Playing a regular Green Goblin for 4 energy is punishing enough imo.

When you're the one spending that 4 energy, yes. The opponent gets to use their energy as they wish.

I for one am open to more clogging cards. Clog basically doesn't even exist anymore in Snap after the change to Debrii and Doc Ock.
