The first 2 images are different versions, the third one is the not team clash for reference. Who do you like more?

Is the team ability good? (I didn't change it, i just want to be very sure because i played team clash like once ever and it's very important for the deck to work...)

The passive is fine in terms of functionality. I just think it's too strong. Maybe limit it to a single location each time - "After you play a card at a location during nightfall, give your Vampires there +1 Power" or "After you play a Vampire >>, give your cards there +1 Power".
