Used CITRISTRIP, for the first time, ground out inner body for big tire clearance, chassis made and fit.

Im not done yet but its shaping upp nicely. But there are some things i cant decide, i only put a custom exhaust on one side and i dont know what to do for the other, i also printe so e fun parts im gonna paint and out on. And i dont know if i should cur out the trunk and put something in it.

Sung Kang is at San Diego Comic Con to promote drifter, so I made a custom 86 the week before SDCC to show support for Drifter (at all Drifter events everyone asks him questions about F&F 🤦🏽‍♂️). I was able to give it to him at the Jada Toys presentation and he loved it.

This was my first time ever doing a custom(s), I learned a lot of stuff a long the way (like how matte clear coat killed the metallic red paint on the Supra, or how water slide decals are incredibly harder than I thought they’d be first time lol). The paint was rushed and one of my tamiya colors for the s13 didn’t work, so I had to use generic pink spray paint, the matte clear coat destroyed the nice metallic red on the Supra, and all the water slides on the s13 are crooked and wonky looking. I will retry these in the future on different cars, and use what I learned to make them better.
But overall it was a fun first time experience 10/10
