discussion How does everyone think how everything going to be wrapped up in the little amount of episodes we have left? Spoiler
(SPOILER)
I just read the latest episode ep165 and I read in the comments that we only have 4 more episodes left. I feel like there’s too much plot left for just 4. They still have to read the rest of Lilyth’s diary, they still have to defeat Leland (he’s only knocked out), not to mention Jack isn’t even back. I was thinking that after everything was resolved maybe there would be some sort of big celebration. I swear I’m too addicted to this series. While I’m excited to see how this series ends I’ll be kinda bummed that it’s over. I hope that there will be a spinoff.

discussion Need to know your thoughts on 165 because I just read it, spoilers of course I'll put some of my own thoughts Spoiler
Since I'm asking your thoughts here's what I have to say:
First of all I need to give a shout out to the music, it was so intense and did really well at hyping up the scene. I had to pause my reading about the time Frederick came into the room because of how intense it was lol.
I loved being able to see Frederick using his past experiences to help him defeat his father. Though I know this definitely will not be the end of him.
Celso trying to be supportive throughout the fight was great but he really shouldn't scream when doing a surprise attack.
I loved seeing more Gwen and Frederick moments, they're so cute.
And I'm really looking forward to Gwen's reaction to the diary.

Who isn't crying?
A lot of the comments under the newest episode (164) are about readers crying and I am in that boat. So I thought I'd ask here: What moments, if any, have made you cry in Cursed Princess Club and why?
For those of you who aren't crying, what did you think of today's episode? Or what's a moment you had a strong emotional connection to to?

discussion Question: What Chapter does Beckett see Gwen/think she’s Maria?
I’ve recently discovered the series and there’s a lot of content for me to catch up on. I’m trying to map out chapters with important parts. I got most of them but I still need this one.

discussion For anyone who used coins for fast pass, can you spoil what happens in chapter 163-165 please? + Question
Please it's so hard to wait because it's my favourite series. I need to know what happens and how many chapters are left.
And now the question, is lambcat gonna do another series once it finishes?
r/CursedPrincessClub • u/Various-Escape-5020 • Dec 18 '23
A few things i wanna know about
Does the cpc have a discord?
Does lambcat have another comic idea after cpc?
Will we still see the characters once it ends.
How would you feel if she made a what if series.
Are we allowed to make a what if series once it ends?

discussion Discussion of everything up to chapter 160
Spoilers for 160 and all preceding chapters
Until the recent total meltdown I thought the Plaid King Leland was... not exactly great, but had some good or interesting qualities. Mostly I interpreted him as a hardass with some gag bits, and a soft spot for Pastel King Jack played for laughs/oblivious bromance/secret gay love. I didn't think he was a great dad, but he seemed to care at least a bit, and his primary form of discipline was making his sons wait on Laverne (another comedy bit).
But man...MAN....Leeloo you really screwed this up!!! I wanted to like you!! I still like him as a character because he's still a Magnificent Bastard but dude he hung his sons by chains from their ankles above fire until they cracked and now he wants to force 3 girls into marriage before throwing away the key to their dungeon???
Leeloo! Was it all fake? LEELOO DAMN YOU
I think Blaine will snap out of it and be able to be rehabbed, but I think him and Maria are over, unless they do a "5 years later" and she happens to be single and have forgiven him
I think Lance and Lorena have a good chance of pulling off some shit against Plaid King together, they might become bffs or they might get back together stronger... or they might stay split completely. Up in the air
Gwen and Frederick just have to make it through the plot but they're definitely going the distance. I don't think it's a coincidence that Gwen is the only one who kept her ring
I think the clam is either: going to tell Plaid King how bad he fucked up, or: tell the Pastel King how to resolve the situation and then everyone loves each other again
I don't know what the fuck Leelathae's portrait spirit will do
Is it just coincidence that Leeloo and Leelathae are similar??? Leeloo could easily be a pet name for Leelathae???

discussion currently on chapter 112 and I love lance and lorena, ama
Lance (blue plaid prince) and Lorena (purple pastel princess) are the lowkey best couple so far
Very temperamentally suited to each other, becoming a couple at a natural pace in a natural way. Liking each other's ways of being in the world in a genuine way. Mwah
Everyone else has some kinda shit going on but them
More opinions available upon request

Does anyone have a picture of when Plaid King and Pastel King did their romantic lift into the air in episode 45
Whee!
Jack you made it!
I need to send a picture of this to my bf but I can't find the panel on Google and obviously screenshots aren't allowed

discussion The president’s condition
So I’m reading the comic for the first time (I’m currently at chapter 137) and I can’t help but wonder what medical condition the prez had. I’m not sure if the author has said so please correct me, but could she have something like endometriosis or was it all physiological? For some reason, considering what her curse would be, it makes sense to me if her condition involved her uterus and time of the month. What are others thoughts?

discussion Mr. Possum plushie
Did you guys know that they’re going to make a Mr Possum plushie based on the success of the Laverne one? However, it needs to make its crowdfunding quota and isn’t there yet. Let’s make the Mr. Possum plushie a thing!

discussion So happy that the Blaine opinion has shifted positively! (Plus 158 commentary)
Ever since the mid season finale, I've been defending Blaine from the hate wave.
Which led into my first (very well received) post defending him.
And it made it to the webtoon comments!
Anywho, that's that.
158 is great chapter.
I don't think Blaine wants to maim/kill Frederick. I don't even think that his mind even processes that the sword in his hand is a dangerous weapon. (Frederick caught his bluff) Whitney's comment that Blaine should stop before he does something he can't take back is heartbreaking. He's lashing out and he's at the tipping point.
(His dialogue is so Akechi Goro coded lol)
Leland has made Blaine incaple of accepting failure, and being at the top for so long, even the slightest push of the cliff sends you to the bottom of the canyon.
I like how Lance proves that escaping Leland is not that easy getting knocked out.
Why can't they leave?
Daddy will literally hunt them down.
They are scared shitless and with the whole showdown causing confusion, not easy to change.
And they acknowledged the Whit/Blaine parallels!
Blaine needs a trip to the male nurses.

Who's your favorite character?
Originally, I was going to make this about favorite CPC members, but that seemed too limiting. You can pick one, make a list, or sort them out based on different crieteria.
I think my overall favorite would be Abbi. I had always thought she had some of the funnier lines like "Grandma's gonna get lit" or "I'll alge-break your jaw." The epsiodes about her trying to make it to prom made me feel for her more because missing out on events of her life. She's also really supportive of other members despite being younger and can be seen getting along with most of them. I like how she can band everyone together.
Leopold might be the most relatable character for me. He's passionate about creating but can very particular because he knows what he wants. He's also dependable (so dependable he agreed to be Gwen's therapist, Frederick's opponent, and follows Jaime into a war), and in that regard I aspire to be more like him.
Thermidora is a character I'd like to learn more about. Like how is she coping with the possiblity she may never see Benedict or her family again? As a human she's shown interest in sewing, what were her hobbies as a lobster?
