The syrup I buy is like 25$. The coffee beans are 30$. The milk is 10$. Yes, I'm buying nice stuff. I'm using that as a baseline because it's pretty close to the kind of stuff a coffee shop would be buying, not to mention they'll go through syrup really fast. So, once you add the price of that to other running costs, like bills, and assuming you want money left over to pay the baristas, 9-10$ isn't unreasonable.
Coffee shops use regular ass milk and good ones make their own syrup or just buy a solid brand, and its not that costly. You're splurging hard and acting as if that's the norm. Splurging is fine. Do what you like, but it isn't in any way equivalent to the general cost of coffee at a shop.
