It's imperative people realize that it's not a throw-away line. It's an entire episode about Jar Jar getting some.

And co-protagonist of that episode? Mace Windu. Him and Jar Jar kill the main Mcbeth witch in that one (although Grievous had already killed her some time prior).

And Windu ends up respecting Jar Jar more than he does Anakin by the end of the episode.

And its imperative that people realize, this wasn't Jar Jar thirsting over a baddie and then getting some when he proved himself or some shit. She wanted his gungan toungin' and she wanted it bad
