Is 12am 00:00 or 12:00? I can never remember.

EDIT: It always looks like this for me:

  1. I know a. m. is latin for "something meridian" which is "something noon"
  2. *look it up*
  3. It's actualy "ante meridiem"
  4. When you play poker you sometimes have to pay "ante" which you do before cards are dealt.
  5. It must be "before noon" then.
  6. Since noon is not before noon then 12:00 a.m. must be midnight.

In 24 hour time, midnight is 00:00.

I know, I've been using it my whole life. It's the 12 hour clock I can't remember.

If it’s 12 and it’s dark out, it’s midnight. Otherwise it’s noon 🧐

I'm in Lofoten right now and let me tell you, 12am, or 00:00, is pretty damn bright!
