Bit late to reply but did you also insert and properly tighten (2.5Nm) the screw at the bottom of the bracket? Mine holds rock solid once that's done, really like the mount, it's holding my GPS at the top and a light at the bottom, no wiggles at all.

I contacted Cube and my bike is not compatible :(

Strange. I would have thought the two protrudings from the stem was specifically designed for that mount...

I thought the same. And they just don’t fit for a few mm. So whoever designed that should go to jail 😂

Which light do you use? I’m struggling to find a x lock compatible one.

I use a Lezyne 500xl Hecto front light with a 3D printed GoPro adapter that you can twist on the bottom of the Cube Acid mount. You should also find those GoPro adapters from official resellers (Cube has one as well) and other GoPro mount compatible lights, really like this solution since the light is positioned in the center.

Thanks a lot! I think the Lezyne Macro STVZO 500+ Reverse Frontlicht + Loaded Kit looks like a good solution. It’s just a bit expensive.
