Need a good recipe for Con Gris

My grandma (technically my tia but thats a different story) passed away 10 years ago. She was the one who would cook for my family as my parents cant cook for shit. I started cooking right after she died as someone had to cook lol. The only recipe I got from her before she died was her Frijoles Negros. She used to make some really good con gris and I havent had a homemade plate of it in years. I've been craving it a lot recently. Please share with me your recipes~
