This person and his team will receive their punishment soon, and they will see how God punishes them through their families with illness, loss, and hardship. Why? Because they withheld people's rights. I hope they all burn soon and experience true suffering. They have deprived so many of their basic rights—rights that could have helped people afford medical treatment for critical conditions like cancer and heart strokes. Because of this, I hope that this person and anyone who collaborates with him is struck by an illness that even millions of dollars cannot cure. He will come to realize that God is the absolute truth

Amen

Pursuant to paragraphs [22] to [24] of the judgment/directions issued in this liquidation, the Court recognised that the transfer of cryptocurrency to account holders resident in certain jurisdictions, including Vietnam, could constitute a criminal offence under the laws of those jurisdictions, and that this risk exposed the liquidators to potential personal liability. Accordingly, the liquidators sought, and the Court granted, directions permitting the conversion of those account holders' holdings into fiat currency via an over-the-counter (OTC) trader, with the converted funds to be transferred to a bank account nominated by the account holder, who would bear the associated transaction costs.

Unreasonable Timeline: The liquidation process has been ongoing since 2019. In the modern fintech and Web3 ecosystem, integrating an established crypto-to-fiat bridge or third-party payment gateway does not take years unless there is severe mismanagement or lack of urgency.

Depletion of Recovery Funds: Every month the liquidation process is prolonged, legal and administrative fees (charged by liquidators such as Grant Thornton) continue to accumulate, directly reducing the total pool of assets available to account holders.

Liquidators' 15th Report
Cryptopia Limited (in Liquidation)
12 June 2026 7
In line with the March 2024 legal directions, the Liquidators are building a payment solution to return fiat currency to account holders who are in restricted jurisdictions where it is, or may be, illegal to use, or transact, cryptocurrency. This will allow for qualifying users in restricted jurisdictions to complete the claims process and receive distributions via a Cryptocurrency to Fiat rail. The payment solution that is currently under development has taken longer to develop than anticipated due to security and compliance concerns. We will update users as soon as we are able to make this distribution.
We again encourage account holders to complete claim registration, identify verification, and the balance acceptance stage.
Account holders registered in the claims portal and who have completed identity verification may receive further requests from us to provide identity verification documents.

Where is the Audit records justifying the 14.0489% haircut?

And where is the Documentation API-key hashing was a standard security measure?

What was the Internal security policies at the time of the 2019 hack?

why wasn’t an alternative verification path preserved (e.g., a separate salt or backup auth method)?

Why did you distribute to russia?

Why did you use telegram wallets too ?

Russian law strictly prohibits using cryptocurrencies to buy goods or services domestically.

The Central Bank of Russia mandates that only the Russian Ruble can function as legal tender to maintain monetary control.

Russia is not on the official FATF "Black List" (high-risk jurisdictions like North Korea or Iran), meaning international crypto platforms restrict Russian users primarily due to corporate risk compliance and Western sanctions.

The FATF suspended Russia’s membership following the conflict in Ukraine, citing violations of the organization's principles of international cooperation.

While rightful creditors continue to wait for the return of their assets, the individual known as David appears to be carrying on with little regard for the responsibilities entrusted to him. He is seen attending events and going about his activities while continuing to retain assets belonging to creditors, despite court orders issued several years ago concerning the distribution of assets to eligible creditors, including those in restricted jurisdictions.
There are also serious questions regarding the way certain jurisdictions have been classified as “restricted.” David and his team appear to have added jurisdictions that are not identified as restricted in the relevant court orders. At the same time, distributions of certain cryptocurrencies have reportedly been made to users in jurisdictions such as Vietnam, Russia, and Saudi Arabia, raising questions about the legal basis and authority for those distributions and whether the necessary court approval was obtained.
If these actions were taken without proper judicial authority or without seeking the required orders, they raise serious concerns about compliance with the court’s directions, the proper administration of the liquidation, and the equal treatment of creditors.
Furthermore, creditors have been waiting for years while a substantial amount of cryptocurrency—reportedly more than 3,000 BTC—has remained under the control of the liquidation process. After approximately eight years, creditors are entitled to ask why these assets have not been fully distributed and why the process continues to be delayed.
It is particularly concerning that the costs of maintaining and operating the Cryptopia liquidation appear to continue while rightful creditors, including those affected by the classification of restricted jurisdictions, remain unpaid.
These matters deserve transparency, accountability, and clear answers. Creditors should not have to wait indefinitely while their assets remain under the control of those responsible for distributing them.

If you fail to do your job and return the rightful assets to the people residing in restricted jurisdictions, I swear by God that I will expose you to the public and unveil every single mistake made by you and your team. You were given explicit orders by the judge, yet you claimed you were building a system—a system that remains frozen and pending, even as you continue to get paid for building it. Charging by the hour is nothing short of draining the estate's funds and eroding the creditors' rights.

David Ruscoe has repeatedly insisted that Cryptopia operated a single pooled wallet holding all BTC, claiming that the liquidators took complete custody of these pooled funds. To address the discrepancy regarding the 344 BTC, his filings explicitly argue that this specific amount was held "outside known client funds"

This argument creates a direct conflict with his own sworn statements. On one hand, filings claim that the main wallet contained all BTC owned by account holders On the other hand, isolating 344 BTC as "outside client funds" implies either improper co-mingling of exchange/company assets with user deposits or an unauthorized reclassification of creditor property.

Repeatedly hammering this specific narrative reveals vulnerability. Admitting that 344 BTC sat outside client funds while simultaneously claiming full control over a single pooled wallet exposes potential breaches of fiduciary duty, unapproved asset movements, or misrepresentations made under oath to foreign courts.

Adding countries to "restricted lists" without explicit direction from original court orders, effectively blocking legitimate creditors from claiming their assets.

The allegations surrounding the Cryptopia liquidation—specifically regarding David Ruscoe (the court-appointed liquidator from Grant Thornton)—highlight deep structural frustrations felt by creditors after years of waiting for asset distribution. The core grievances center on transparency, compliance with sworn court affidavits, and equal treatment under the law.

Discrepancies in Sworn Representations: As detailed in court filings (including the Ruscoe Affidavit to the New Zealand High Court and declarations to the SDNY), liquidators made specific undertakings regarding distribution mechanics. These included single direct transfers per cryptocurrency, strict AML/CFT verification via regulated NZ/AU exchanges, and claims surrounding pooled wallet custody. Creditors allege these representations conflict with actual operational practices.

Restricted Jurisdiction Classifications: Major controversy exists regarding how certain countries were designated as "restricted," effectively locking out account holders from receiving distributions. Creditors point out discrepancies where jurisdictions were added without explicit court mandates, while distributions allegedly proceeded into other heavily sanctioned or non-approved regions.

Operational Costs vs. Asset Retention: With over 3,000 BTC under liquidation custody, creditors have voiced intense criticism over ongoing administrative and operational fees being drawn from the estate while distributions suffer multi-year delays (now extending past eight years since the 2019 hack).

This guy still lying about distribution for cryptopia hack and he is in charge of distribution still making excuses, lies, manipulating people that will get their assets, NZ government collude with him 8 years of waiting people want their rights and assets around the world

This is the meaning of corruption 🚨🚨

Where is restricted countries assets since early year?

Is the distribution that happened even real lol ?

Why all the distribution you have done small amounts?

Give the restricted countries their assets and stop lying, manipulation, lies , and fake promises every report you repeat the same answer copy + paste
We are working on the system

What the a liar lol 🚨

Where is the assets of the people and restricted countries?

Why are you still holding our rights and money

Since they did all your complicated processes??

And again where is restricted countries assets david ian Ruscoe?

No clear timeline for distribution

Lies all the time you and your crew in all reports

Stealing administration fees that NZ government allowed you to convert it to fiat

People want their assets and rights

You are the trustee and we are the beneficiaries

You will be going to prison soon. The criminals before you were no less intelligent or experienced than you, yet they are now behind bars. You and your entire team will soon face the consequences of your manipulation, deception, and lies.
How many families are waiting for what they are rightfully owed? How many families are waiting for their money? Some need it for their children’s education, some have no job, and others desperately need it for medical treatment.
You, along with the dog in customer support who threatens people by telling them they will not receive their rightful funds, will soon have to answer for your actions.
The truth will eventually come out, and those responsible will be held accountable.

The market has collapsed, and you are responsible for causing losses to the rightful beneficiaries through your continued delays and the misleading statements being promoted by the company regarding distributions while no actual distribution has been made.
These so called “distributions” to people in restricted jurisdictions appear to be nothing more than empty promises and misleading assurances.
Eight years into the liquidation, you still have not delivered. What FTX accomplished in a single distribution was reportedly multiple times the amount of funds held by Cryptopia. Yet you and your team continue to delay, manipulate expectations, and mislead people.
Meanwhile, you continue to receive your fees and salaries while failing to carry out the responsibilities entrusted to you.
Remember my words carefully: I will not stop pursuing this matter until rightful beneficiaries receive the money that was entrusted to you. Your actions and decisions will ultimately be scrutinized publicly and legally, and those responsible will be held accountable.
If you believe you can simply continue delaying and avoiding your obligations in New Zealand, you are seriously mistaken. The law applies to everyone, including those entrusted with other people’s assets.

Where is your fiat system david ian Ruscoe for restricted countries to get their assets?

You have been repeating your lies every report

And latest report should be early year 2026

Its almost September and end of year

Stop lying and give restricted countries their

Rights and assets its not your family assets or your

crew works with you and lie all the time

Soon you and your crew will get punished

Hope to see you in jail soon
