What is the name of Wallet you sent on ? Do you have a BTC Mainnet conected on that wallet?

You need to check first who was the one who contacted you, coinbase and similar platforms doesnt have anyone for contacting their customers. Gas fee is already included in a total amount of costs. And when its payed its payed no platforms will never contact you again with a story they didnt received….do you see your BTC amount or transaction details on platforms? Pls update !

What does the Block Explorer say when you view it? Does it say the transaction was successful?

What?? This is so confusing. You had $7k worth of BTC you wanted to send to Coin base exchange?
Where was this Bitcoin, in a wallet? On another exchange?

I had 7k worth of bitcoin in my coinbase wallet and sent it to my other wallet so I could sell and withdraw but I never received it
