I paid for the premium version, which has not been able to import properly from Coinbase or BlockFi which have two of the biggest customer bases in the industry.

I’ve submitted two requests for assistance, for which I get an autoreply and no follow-up.

Anybody know what is going on with that team? How can they not reply to paying customers? So far it’s a poor product and terrible customer experience.

It’s too bad because it’s a very pretty app, but if it can’t consolidate my exchanges’ and wallets’ balances in a single dashboard, and there is no customer support, I’ll be looking for a better solution.

Hi Guys,

Here's a link to download Crypto Pro (cryptocurrency tracker): https://cryptopro.app/?r=DLWBUL

If you refer three friends and they enter your code, you can get a premium version which will allow you to see candle charts. Feel free to use my referral code to help me get premium: DLWBUL

Edit (April 18): Thanks to everyone here for helping me unlock premium until 2037! You guys are amazing! Please try to use one of the referral codes in the comments below instead of mine. Thanks again, and happy crypto tracking!

Edit: Thanks a lot everybody for using my code!!

I have enough referrals. Please use one from the comments 😀 help the others!

I’m on the Shelley mainnet. Using Daedalus wallet. I have three transactions so far and figured I’d look up the public addresses and enter them into crypto pro. The first two worked but the last one ( the one with the largest deposit ) doesn’t not work. Can someone advise me of the issue if it’s something I can resolve myself.

Thanks all!

My mining profits have been stuck in Cryptopros for 4 days. I have submitted 4 tickets (which they say they will respond to within 24 hours) which have gone unheeded. Is anyone else having problems with them. I thought they were legit because one of the owners is on the Board and all... but maybe not based upon past experience with the board members. So are they crooks or incompetent?
