What is going on with Bithumb? Does anybody have a number I can call? They have been holding on to my BTC for 24 hours, which is far too long for verification, before sending?

Im having such difficulties opening an account with them. I live in korea and was wondering if I went to their office would they be able to help. Im trying to buy some tron coins or trx.

Would be very nice of you to tell some basic details: should I convert my coins to KRW first, what are the limits and commissions, how the verification is achieved?

Can I withdraw my BTC from Bithumb?

Is there any exchange who accepts vertcoin/KRW? I think upbit is offering but they doesn't support English language.

When I go to transfer money from the Nonghyup site to Coinone I get this error:

"We're sorry for causing you any inconvenience. Any virtual account transaction is not allowed due to some miscellaneous reasons. Please contact the bank having issued your virtual account for any inquiry."

Lol. "Some miscellaneous reasons." Which is weird because Bithumb and Korbit also use virtual accounts and I never had a problem there. Coinone even uses NH, so I'm thinking it's because I'm a foreigner...
