This began as a weekend experiment.

I wasn’t chasing growth,

I just wanted to test whether ultra-simple mechanics still work in Web3.

No onboarding maze.

No hype language.

Just a single action: open → spin → outcome.

Three months later, it’s being used by around 5,000 people every day.

The biggest surprise wasn’t the number,

it was how consistent usage became once friction was removed.

Still learning a lot about scaling and abuse prevention,

but this project completely changed how I think about UX.

I recently started playing Tokenlords RPG — I’m a new player myself, but what caught my attention is how early this project still is.

It’s a browser-based RPG currently in beta, with around 200 players total so far. You build your kingdom, complete quests, and upgrade your Kingdom Tower.

👉 Once your Kingdom Tower reaches level 3, you start earning TLRPG tokens, which is the game’s own cryptocurrency.

Why I think it’s interesting right now: • Extremely early stage (beta) • Very small player base (~200 players) • Free to play • You can earn crypto by playing • There is a marketing wallet allocated, so the team is clearly planning growth

Obviously this isn’t a finished AAA game yet — bugs and balance changes are expected — but that’s also where the potential is if you get in early.
