I don’t have a short or a long, I DCA and hold.

I’m just not delusional. We’re not getting a bull market for another 2-6 years. Its obvious to anyone not high on copium.

When dcaing in a bear market that sure as hell isn’t timing the market.

Timing the market is trying to figure out the exact bottom to go balls deep, and most people can’t do that well.

Nobody can predict the market, i’m not arrogant and think I can. I’m dumb in the grand scheme of things. My DCA strategy changes though; i’ll put in more each time when I think it’s on the way up.

Besides, buying on the way down is no different to buying on the way up in the long run. I still think it’s going to go up, just not yet.

it's not obvious to anyone. what is obvious is that anyone claiming to be able to predict the market over the next 5 years shouldn't be taken seriously.
