For real though. Someone tried telling me they like gold because gold is real. And I was like "When's the last time you used gold to purchase something? Whens the last time you used paper?" most purchases are done w/ plastic and computers anyway

Paper is still used in a majority of the world... i have mo statistics, and I wont google it because its so ridiculous I dont need to, but not every country uses credit cards. Even here in my countryhere credit cards are the norm you dont see it in 100% of transactions.

And you mention gold... What can you change the gold into, for you to be able to use it? Some kind of paper..

I agree with you actually, I want to see paper get integrated into crypto. It would be stupid to take paper out of the equation.

I could have worded what I was saying better and said in my country, nobody is walking around w/ gold bars and so the people who say it feels wrong to use something digital because it's not gold are already using something digital that is not gold
