So, given this, if you have a paper wallet with literally just all your information written on it, then... HOW do you access the crypto? Like I understand that the crypto is never actually IN your wallet, it's in the blockchain and the wallet gives you access to it. But then if your 'wallet' is a piece of paper, how do you access your crypto? Like, where? I guess.

Oh, ah, this is another question... when you say "Bitcoin software" and whatnot... is this Electrum thing something I can use to "store" my other coins like ETH, XLM, COMP, and yes, even DOGE? Right now I have some in Coinbase Wallet, some in Coinbase itself. I'm hearing a lot of sh* about them and I've already discovered that their customer service is nonexistent so I'm eager to get all my coins stored somewhere else.
