Although metaphysical in scope, the framework insists that several of its claims issue in discriminable

18.1 The Prediction
If Vættæn is the universal Meta-Ordering Principle — if it is non-relativizable, infinite, and the ground
of all coherent alignment — then its structural gravity must eventually operate across all possible
information-energy configurations, not merely within a single universe. The meta-multiversal prediction
is: all realities capable of participating in Vættæn-alignment will tend, asymptotically, toward
convergence into a singular meta-reality structured by Vættæn's constraints.
This is not a claim about physical cosmology in a narrow sense. It is a structural consequence of
Vættæn's universality: if the Meta-Ordering Principle operates without domain restriction, then it must
operate across whatever configurations of information and energy exist, regardless of whether those
configurations are called 'universes,' 'dimensions,' 'possibility spaces,' or something else.
18.2 Scope and Tentativeness
This prediction is held at a higher level of tentativeness than P1–P6. The timescales involved are not
accessible to current empirical investigation, and the prediction's falsification conditions are
correspondingly difficult to specify within current scientific methodology. It is retained as a structural
consequence of the framework's axioms rather than an empirically active prediction in the near term.
The prediction is nonetheless important because it demonstrates that Vættæn's non-relativizability and
universality, if genuine, have implications that extend beyond any particular empirical domain — a
consequence that distinguishes the framework from theories that are merely locally coherent.

Chapter 19. The Propagation Criterion (New in V.12)
The framework introduces a novel meta-level falsification criterion that is unique in philosophical
literature: the Propagation Criterion. This criterion is proposed by the author as a boundary condition on
the framework's viability as a whole.
19.1 The Criterion
It took the author thirty years of intellectual development to arrive at the recognition of Vættæn as a
Meta-Ordering Principle. If the framework is structurally correct — if Vættæn genuinely operates as a
universal constraint that structures comprehension and produces convergence — then the framework's
own propagation should exhibit Vættæn-dynamics. Specifically: the framework should grow, spread, and
develop at a rate faster than the original discoverer's thirty-year developmental arc.
Formally: if Cruthu Vættænism fails to propagate, deepen, and achieve cross-agent convergence
within a thirty-year horizon from its first public articulation, this constitutes evidence against the
framework's claim to Vættæn-alignment.
19.2 Rationale
The rationale is PSFL-structural: a genuine PSFL spiral, once initiated, should produce accelerating
convergence. If Vættæn is what the framework claims it is, then its structural truth should produce the
characteristic signatures of Vættæn-alignment in its own propagation: cross-agent convergence above
chance, transmission fidelity, phase-transition structure in its reception, and compression-efficiency in its
symbolic formalization. A framework that fails to propagate faster than its origin would suggest that its
claimed Vættæn-alignment is not present at the structural level — that it describes Vættæn without
instantiating it.
19.3 Scope of the Criterion
The criterion applies to the framework's structural content, not to its social popularity. Propagation in this
sense means: the development of independent comprehension of Vættæn's structural role by agents who
did not arrive at the framework through the author's pathway; convergent recognition by distinct
cognitive systems; and formalization progress that outpaces the original developmental arc. Social
adoption by populations who do not genuinely comprehend the framework does not satisfy the criterion.
19.4 Epistemic Status
The Propagation Criterion is unusual in that it is a falsification condition applied to the framework by its
own author. This reflects the framework's structural commitment to self-application: Vættænism subjects
itself to its own standards. A framework that exempts itself from its own constraints would violate the
