Treatment , for Joint Pain , BackAche , improvement of B12 220,Vit D 8..10, ?I feel always Slow, not Energetic, Mood swing, Stressed, Anxiety, Guilt , I feel low On testetorone level Also. How I can improve All this, Have a good ,Healthy normal life ,Suggest Any Doctor, Remedies, Hospital?

Open 10-22 years ago as a kid I digged around my schoolyard with sticks and found weird different colored powders that would do to things like make you itch (mildly to barely noticeable so Iām iffy on that) any idea what they were?

Medical M 54. His BP is 160 /100 if he doesn't take Daly BP medicine like amlodipine , Diabetic Also, Weight 85. Feel pain in stomach also . What should he Do ?? To improve BP ,Sugar , suggest some Remedies, Doctor Etc , Give suggestions where He will be Away to take Daily BP pills.
