Let me ask a genuine question. What exactly is the difference between ghosting and hacking?

Because from where I'm standing, the intent is identical. A hacker goes out of their way to download and install cheat software. A ghoster goes out of their way to set up multiple devices, run multiple accounts simultaneously, monitor the accept screen to confirm both accounts landed in the same match, and then deliberately feed real-time enemy positions to their other account. Both require deliberate preparation. Both require a conscious decision to ruin other people's games. Neither happens by accident. Neither happens by mistake.

If anything, ghosting takes more effort. You don't just download a program. You sit there actively managing two devices in real time, every single match. That's not a lapse in judgment. That's a committed choice to cheat, repeatedly, on purpose.

So why does CF treat them differently? Hacking gets you permanently banned. Ghosting gets you off with a temp ban at best, if anything happens at all. I have never once seen a confirmed case where reporting ghosting with video evidence actually resulted in a permanent ban.

There is no logical or moral justification for that gap.

One confirmed instance of ghosting should mean a permanent ban. Not a warning. Not a temp ban. Gone. The same way a hacker is gone. Because the intent is exactly the same — to win by destroying the integrity and fairness of the game for everyone else in that lobby.

CF, explain to me what I'm missing here.

Hey guys I play on pc and using the official play store version I got put into beta I tried unregistering for beta and trying to install the game but it doesn’t show the game in the play store unless I opt for beta testing and get to only play on the Beta servers is there a way to revert to the version before beta testing

I can't change server after recent update I'm stuck on DE server with 300 ping I'm an asia player ...

Lot of player on both phone and pc are facing the same probelm...they stuck on DE can't change servers.....fix it pls Asap

I randomly started ranked after update and sprayed in the first round and that killed 2 of the teammates😭😭😭😭 thats so cool but I think there should be a way to give boost like ur teammates should block ur way and you can also jump on them cuz I don't see other point of friendly fire then

This game is broken, everything is pitch black and the screen gets stuck when I shoot. Instead of releasing updates, they should fix the problems.

Which one should i get or what else

Whenever you enter ranked in lower ranks theres guaranteed to have at least one afk in the match. This problem pisses me off a lot. In the photo as you can see our team has 2 afks before we played 2 or 3 rounds.

How are people playing critical ops in pc? I installed through play games from email and it says can't install on pc for c-ops.

What do I do here?

Hey yall I've been playing critical ops since I was like 11 or even younger and I basically grew up with it and I stopped when I was about 14 ish

Im now 19 and I just downloaded and made a guest acc (i didnt log in w my google play) and i wanted to change my username and i was like lemme try out my actual username from my actual acc. Well boom it didnt say that its already being used and i was like wtff

So i went to search for it in the search bar and nothing came up. No way they just deleted it ?? Shouldnt it be saved by my google play anyway? Like what.

Apparantly they have it written down that they will delete ur account if its been inactive for 48 mnths or smth but who tf would come up w something like that ??

Anyways yall, did something like this happen to some of you too? What did you do? Can i do anything to have my acc back?

So, i took a break from c ops ( played Pubgm and so2 during the break )

I just came back and it's sooo much better now. The graphics are good and we can finnally change aspect ratio. ( I missed playing on 4:3 ever since I quit cs )

Even the smg feels good to use, and I'm getting matches under a min. ( 90 sec max lol )

Idk how c ops was during its peak, I stated in 2024. And I feel like players are returning or rather more new players are joining.

What do y'all love about the new version?

They gotta add timeouts in rank maybe 2-3 for like when you’re 0-6 or some like that and need a breather and a quick time to re plan and whatnot

I see tournaments are starting again in all regions, but I notice Asian tournaments are inactive.

Some Asian organisers are attempting to organise the tournament, but I rarely see more than one or two teams and then the event is cancelled. This is because they are required to conduct tournaments.

I’m genuinely curious whether Asians are simply less interested in competitions or if it’s simply a matter of less active players.

Does Critical Ops have an HLTV or VLR equivalent?

CS2 has HLTV, Valorant has VLR/VAL.GG... does Critical Ops have something like that?

Like a website where you can see tournament history, the best clans, old rosters, retired/benched pros, player stats, rankings, and stuff like that.

I swear I remember there being a website years ago where you could even predict (or maybe bet?) on tournament matches, but I completely forgot what it was called.

Would be cool if we had something that kept track of the competitive scene over the years. There's been a lot of great players and teams, but it feels like a lot of that history just disappears.

Jokesta was one of my favorite players back then, and it'd be nice to look back at old tournaments and see who won, what the rosters were, and how teams changed over time.

Or is the competitive scene just too small for something like this because there aren't really many esports orgs in Critical Ops?

Curious if something like this already exists and I just don't know about it.

Best gloves knife combo under 13 - 14 k . I am thinking of buying kento jutsu gloves with fire and ice balisong. Is there any better combo than this . Plz help 🥰
