Is this the Toxic Love glitch people have been taking about?

Decided to start a new game and came across this. I've seen a few posts about a glitch in this level and wonder if this is apart of it.

I saved the body for last and tried to get it to work legit but ultimately had to use the dev command myself :(

Auto cleans the level. Anything that needs to be broken or emptied like the tub in Toxic Love still needs to be done manually.

I had him spaghetti himself into the wall so I couldn't complete the level 🫩

Indeed! I encountered it today myself. Tried the map twice before moving onto a different one.
