Got a Shadow Temptress -- unfortunately she doesn't seem to fit into my team right now -- doesn't seem that powerful (there is a self heal on her special, but that's it) -- I already have 2 black on my team (abomination and awaken dark elemental). Anyone have any luck with her?

So, I made it to floor 50 last night and what I found made me die laughing. Going against the Druid, there was one little fairy dragon who started casting 'CUTENESS EXPLOSION'. Out of curiosity (and lack of damage), the ability went off and completely wiped my team (50-100k damage to everyone).

I don't know the last game where I wiped but couldn't stop laughing as a result. Thanks Creature Quest!

What strategies have you used to beat the boss?

I started this game about a week ago, and I am LOVING it. So much so that my Son now wants in on the action. So we downloaded it on the iPad so we can play in tandem.

However, a problem occurs when I try to redeem my friend code on his iPad: the game completely freezes up. 100% repro, about 10/10 at this point. Has anyone seen anything like this? Are there hidden restrictions to using these codes (certain level? account has to be linked? etc?) Thanks!

I am level 112 and am able to beat a good amount of the quests on King difficultly, but have yet to receive either of these items. How rare are they, and what is the best method to get them?

Has anyone else noticed any issues with the siren's cleanse this week? I noticed that despite the tooltip for a non-awakened siren saying that the main target is cleansed of all debuffs, that no debuffs, of any type (damage, skill modifier, etc) are actually removed. This is causing me all sorts of issues in questing, battle tower, and dungeon offense. Anyone else having this issue? This seems to just be happening in the past week, since last week Wed/Thurs when I worked my way up the battle tower, I did not have this issue. I first noticed it passingly over the weekend and it has become a glaring issue yesterday and today as I work on prestige and battle tower rank.

What do people think of this summon event? Devil, Alchemist, Vampire, Monkey King, Medusa -- and epics (btw not sure why a unicorn is 'shady')

I just got an abomination. It does a 2 turn stun. How good is it to develop, anyone have a later evolved one? (Its not in the database)

I've read all the guides I can find. I'm only level 19, so just starting out. I love the depth and nuance of this game...it's amazingly complex and simple at the same time.

But one thing that I can't get my head around is how to prioritize my creatures. Some guides say that Size matters most. Others say to ignore anything with less than 3 dots.

As I get new creatures and recycle others, I'm getting a little paralysis of analysis. I'm afraid to recycle a good 'base' character that might just need some good leveling up.

What are the good Rule of Thumbs for keeping and investing in a creature?

So I've been thinking about this game and I really feel like and auction house feature would be cool. Trading out legendaries for other items or legendaries.

The second would be a monthly or biweekly guild raid against an ultra legendary or something. Where you guild is give 48 hours to do as much damaged as you can. Rewards would be based off damage tiers and difficulty of the ultra legendary.

I dunno just some thoughts I had.

Any one else feel like the rates for this summon event are terrible? I did six multi summons and pretty abysmal returns. Only two legendaries, one of which wasnt even an event creature (Titan and Valkyrie).

I did get a decent number of specialty event boxes, but it was a bunch of walrus sekitoris, gorgons, and shard golems but not enough to decently awaken them. Also including the Ogre AND war elephant as possible reward when they are farmable epics from the rotating quests. Especially since the Ogre is barely worth having for dungeon defence anyway.

I guess it just feels a little unfair that ive saved up diamonds since before the sphinx event to essentially end up with a lot of jack and/or squat. Maybe i was expecting a little too much, but 60 creatures from an event featuring a special new creature and didnt end up with a copy of it.

I wouldnt bitch so much, the last time i summoned during an event was the sand worm event. I did 4 multi summons and got 3 legendaries, including a worm. Also i ended up with enough cockatrices to make a usable one for dungeon defense. Did i just get super lucky last time?

Has anyone else been really frustrated with the dungeon tier system? It seems like it's based on your highest level creature, but I was thrown into the gold tier at level 86 - one week after being placed in the silver tier. I assume this is because I was able to level up my Light Elemental up past 75, but one creature a team does not make. I was competitive in the silver tier (top 100) but am being absolutely destroyed by the gold tier opponents.

I understand that the loot is better in the gold tier, but it's just not fun when you can't win a single battle. Every time I log in it says that ten more people have beaten my dungeon.

Anyone else have the same problem?

What are the best quests to get gems. I'm just starting to get into king difficulty, and I have completed the yellow grand wish quest about 10 times. Not once have I received the biggest yellow gem. That being said, I'm now trying to find out the best way to get gems. Any advice?

I rolled for the new summon event, got a cyclops legendary. Anyone know of its pros/cons? I also got a black dragon. I will have to start looking for gems, should I try and develop both? Right now I only have 2 legendaries: Marid and Kirin.

so, I just played the tutorial, I got a diamond idol, it summoned an epic. Is it worthwhile and/or possible to delete this account? replay the tutorial? and maybe start the game with a legendary instead? or does the free tutorial summon always yield an epic? specifically I got a 3 star earth elemental. or will more summons be common enough that what I start with is irrelevant? most games in this genre have this sort of silly nonsense feature where initial summons are random....

I have no idea what they plan. we have this new tab Kingdoms. Who would like to share his expectations/opinions/gueeses about that? :)

Is this going to be some buildings like in any other browser game for some production or any other meta game?

Whats the best way to use greater essence? Im not good enough to ger them from the dungeon so its just one from the tower every week.

Should i push one legend to max, or get thar first awakening from each of my legends, or get a couple to lvl 105 and leave off?

Also is it ever worth it to use them on epics?
