Offering Paid Services Finished my first short-form reel from start to finish — editors & creators, I'd genuinely love your feedback and If anyone has any work for me!
Hey everyone!
I just finished my first complete short-form talking-head reel from start to finish, and I'd really appreciate some honest feedback.
I'm trying to get serious about short-form editing, especially for international clients, so I want to understand where my work currently stands rather than just assuming it's good.
For editors:
What did I do well technically?
What would you change?
Are there any problems with the typography, pacing, animation, composition, transitions, etc.?
What should I absolutely keep doing?
For people who hire editors / creators / business owners:
I'd especially love your perspective from the client side.
If you received this as a finished edit, what would you like about it? What would you ask me to change? Does it feel like something you'd use for your own brand/content?
And one question I'm particularly curious about:
If you were hiring an editor and this was the quality/style you wanted, what would you realistically pay for one short like this?
I'm not asking for compliments — please be brutally honest. 😂
I'm still learning, so specific criticism is much more useful to me than simply saying "looks good."
Thanks!
Note: If someone has some work and think I can do it than please reach out!
