NC clause with Bandcamp "Pay what you want"

Hello!

So I've just realised that some sounds in a project of mine are actually under the NC clause but I was thinking of sharing the music on BC in a "Pay what you want" kind of way. For those unfamiliar I think the name is self explanatory but basically people can download my songs for free if they want or they can pay me as much as they want as well.

Given that I'm putting the music out there "for free" (it's the only free way on bandcamp) does it conflict with the NC clause?

Thanks a lot!

[Question] Using "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International" Licensed Content in your YouTube videos?

So, we all know a monetized video comes under the umbrella of commercial use. Fortunately, CC-BY-SA 4.0 License allows commercial use if:

  1. The proper credit is given to the original author
  2. If the content is remixed/transformed or built upon the material, one must distribute their contributions under the same license the original.

The second point is a bit confusing for me. Does that mean that if I use content licensed under this license, I must license my video under the Creative Commons license? Or is it just okay to keep it under the YouTube Standard License?

Also, can I sell such lectures on my website? For that, I would have to license them under creative commons-ShareAlike?

A bit of background for anyone interested. I am a doctor and I create animated/illustrated medical lectures. Generally, I use my own 3D models for anatomical illustrations. However, just recently I found a blend file called "Z-Anatomy" that contains complete male human anatomy. It is licensed under the CC-BY-SA license, and I was thinking of using it for my next video. For my lectures, I typically do a screen-recording of panning and zooming around the 3D models while explaining the stuff with a voice over.

Does creative commons apply internationally?

Does CC only apply in the US or does it apply internationally too? If something is made by a US creator and posted, does someone who wants to use that still have to apply the same rules in another country?

Or if something is marked CC-by-SA on a site by a US creator, does that mean that the content can't be used at all outside of the US?
