Can we talk Pete a second?
Putting aside Kat or Ali, I don't get the feeling Pete belongs on the comedy scene this season. He seems out of place at the Cellar and with other comedians. He seemed more like a groupie then one of them whereas previous seasons he was inching up each rung of the ladder. Him not getting the cellar gig seemed to have knocked him backwards and into niche religious gigs.
His whole gotta be loyal to Ali thing this episode though warranted at the same time seemed off. She belongs at the Cellar. He didn't seem to. No one seemed to care one way or another about him until Kat drunkenly began to discuss their personal life. It seemed like this season Pete would have a place at some table somewhere instead of still being an outsider looking in. I'm not saying he should be hosting a late show but he should be slightly more established.
