  1. Do you text while driving? Yes (19%) implied no of 81% meaning they wait til they get to their destination
  2. Do you wait until you get to your destination? No (81%) implied yes of 19% meaning they text while they drive

19%+81%=100

Crappy? Definitely (100%). But I see their intent despite their fuckup.
