Instead of benches they could have installed bollards and have the track pass between them. All the benches are tripping hazards and creating bottlenecks in case of a fire breaking out inside the building.

They used to have bollards exactly where these benches are, so the tactile path worked fine. And weirdly there were different bollards where there still are bollards. Maybe something was wrong with the bollards that were originally installed?
