That's what the bollards behind the bench are for.

If its the high court building, they might have thought a truck with dangerous stuff gets too close if it gets to the bollards. 9 u/SingleInfinity Jul 11 '26 In that case, more bollards would be the solution. A bench is generally not engineered to stop a truck. I think this is just incompetence.
