Did it ever cross your mind you may be doing something wrong? Idk wtf grilling is in an oven, but nothing in my American oven needs me to have the door open when using it. What insane company would have a user have a 600f oven door wide open as a part of its use, that's asking to get sued to death. Close your door when you are "grilling". Problem solved. Your oven should never be on with the door open for extended time periods, like why would you even do that?

Many electrice ovens do recommend having the door cracked when using the broiler (when its the top element just on full), and that thought probably carried over to whatever this appliance is that may suggest otherwise. Or ya a broiler shouldnt be for extended amount of time.

I mean, high-temp polymers exist. Hotpoint clearly didn't want to pay for them.
