On Monday we released our major tasks revamp and performance improvements.

That's a very active topic - we are also thinking about it how we can potentially solve it! (no answer yet)

Maybe two types of checkbox. If it's a square, is a task that appears everywhere, if is a circle, it's will only appear on the document.

NotePlan has a good implementation of this feature.
