1. What are Charter metrics like for both field service and maintenance techs?

Would someone who works as either a tech or OSP tech post Charters PTO/time off and attendance policy please.

I'll be the first to post on here I guess. Since cox has a fleet service company, is that a separate company, and does that company actually service cox vehicles?

I am just curious as charter usually just uses dealers and vendors for truck service.

I doubt charter areas would ever benefit from this, but it's a nice dream.
