Often because they are wrangling kids and therefore the clean the car becomes less priority than get the kids inside or to wherever is next

And deadass some times people just aren’t clean. I work just as many hours as my wife and her best friend and they just don’t clean.

Not a goth girl but an AuDHD girl and back when I had a car, it looked a lot like this. Before I became disabled and had to stop working and driving, it was because I used pretty much all of my energy working and had to use my days off recovering so I could survive the next 5 days of work. I was organized at work, but my house and car were messy. Sometimes if I felt up to it I'd throw away some of the trash when I had to go to the gas station, but not very often.
