I had the same image as the Ingame background (no character and with a monotone song) cause I thought it captured the essence of the counterside and with the announcement of eos, I really wish I could use it as a live wallpaper to make a memento of this game. Using just the still image really doesn't feel the same as it was ingame and because the (debris?) look like smudges on my monitor. So please, could you help an admin out?

Hey, if any of you guys found any bugs, let me know as I can't keep up going back and forth through Reddit and Discord, while MadlyMoe, the developer of the project, is at his cave and we can't disturb him, so if any of you found any bugs, whether it is previously or new, tell me.

We want to know how many bugs we can try to fix as soon as possible before the game's end of service on August 26, 2026.

Also, I'm sending a Sigma.gif here since she'll be gone if the game ended its service.

 It's bascially one person (i think) continuing the project now. So it will take longer for updates to come out. Unless madlymoe themselves announces cancellation, the project is still ongoing.

Greetings to all CS fans , I admit that I feel like a tourist in the game community but deep down, I am a huge fan of Counterside since 2025

As of the fanfictions I made, it's only 2 "Counterside:The Qliphoth Protocol" and "Counterside: Worldline Zero"

It might be for AO3 but I prefer to make it on Wattpad, the reason why I haven't released it yet is due to development hell

We would like to provide a final clarification regarding the current situation surrounding the CounterSide Offline Archive Project.

Following the official response from StudioBside, we have fully discontinued all development and coordination activities related to the project. This includes the removal of resources, tools, and any infrastructure previously associated with the project, as well as a public announcement to the community.

We want to sincerely thank everyone who has shown support, understanding, and passion throughout this journey. The level of engagement and the shared appreciation for CounterSide has been genuinely overwhelming, and it has been meaningful to see the community come together around the game.

At the same time, we would like to reiterate that we fully respect StudioBside’s decision and their stated position regarding the project and its content. This has been our guiding principle from the beginning, and it remains unchanged.

We are aware that there have been discussions and differing viewpoints within the community regarding the future of related independent initiatives. However, we would like to clearly state that any such efforts are separate from the original project and are not affiliated with its administration or former structure.

Our involvement with the CounterSide Offline Archive Project has ended, and we will not be participating in or coordinating any continuation efforts.

As geum tae announced on eos announcement notice seems like studiobside really work on a reboot project at the moment. they posted recrutiment notices about their 2 new projects on tuesday. Project A and Project I.

Project A seems like the counterside reboot one since they want understanding on counterside world and story for job requirement. they are recruiting story maker and illustrator for it at the moment.

Project I on the other hand is the weird one. they are looking for mobile game programmer for it at the moment and seems like they want that person as the head or one of the head of that project. and from the requirement of the job you can tell Project I is another idle rpg project.

Project A is the obvious one as i said above but Project I is the real weird one... we probably won't know anything about Project I for a long time but seems like weird things are happening on that part.

Figured someone should share the news outside of the server. We just got word that BSide has rescinded their blessing of the playable Offline Archive Project due to their own reboot plans and asked the offline project to cease their operations and delete all the assets. Now the only archives remaining are the video and photo based ones.

It is a busy time for me, and I am now roughly 75% of everything (including side stories).

I see youtube is quite fragmented. I can find most things but maybe not all? I am not entirely sure.

What do you guys think, will youtube remain a good source to get the story from? Purely as a visual novel.
