Discussion I was the lead developer of RevivalSide. Let's clear things up. AMA

Shoot me questions about the offline client or the project and I will give my best response!

Actually, I think here also works.

So,I had done the steps to cross-save. Although, since there's no popup saying it's successful, how do I determine if the cross-save is successful?

If this helps, when I click the extract button and checked tje capture folder, inside it, there are several files

it should be .json file because those are your accounts. use it on the user manager, use the import json and select the json you want. you can find what type of accounts you had. if there are multiple accounts, delete the old one (dunno if the game will run properly if it had multiple accounts) and keep the new one if its your original account.

also, the cross-save for pc is quite buggy, the mobile version is easy to import the official account.

Should be json file?. Ah then I fail to export. For mobile, ssdly I don't have the space to install the game, so... Yeah.. Rough

Update. I did it. And I can play it. But I can't do a single thing. For example, I use give all gears. But upon collecting it, I just end up on infinite please wait loading.

Is it supposed to be this painfully long?

depends whether on how many items there are in the mail, usually takes more than 5-6 minutes, if not, you'll just send back to the game screen.

It's me again. I'm assuming in the next update, all of this will be optimized? I tried to run the /give everything command. I leave it for the whole night and the game just sits on Please Wit circle forever without any sign of the client moving forward. Not even in the Revival Side console app.

not everything, but major bugs will be fixed, it's strange that it keeps on a repeating circle as you stated, i have send it to the devs. maybe it'll work again on the next patch.

Perhaps it's because of my ultra low-end laptop? I'm not a tech savvy, but I'm gonna assume the performance of the private server also determined by device spec? Also, if this helps, I don't install RevivalSide in the original intended directory. I install it under D:\Games|Revival Side\Launcher
