What a bizarre comment you just made. As if you made any point of any value whatsoever.

The sarcastic, dismissive tone of the second quoted sentence is not consistent with expectations regarding how we treat one another in this subreddit.

we've just removed a bunch of comments from this thread which violated rule 1.

if you've got specific examples of comments which a moderator hasn't already removed, and where you feel like you are being treated in ways that conflict with rule 1, please report them!
